McDonald's @Springs Mall sh*t Service

I took my Son for my Birthday on the 12th of February 2025 because my son wanted the grimmi shake we stay in nigel but had an appointment in springs. So I tap the card it decline i thought there was not enough money and again I tap and it's say declined I went to the front lady and showed her the slips and opened my banking app and show her the money went of twice and she refused to give me the shakes and Ice cream or to give my money back and aje sed to me she does not have money l send a complaint with all the proof and even later on had to send my complete bank statement to them that they can refund me my money because I did not receive anything. What do You say to an 7 year old boy why cant he get a grimmi shake nor an ice cream. Till today nothing had been done.
