McDonald’s at retail crossing

Im not impressed with the service here,the waiting time is long and when you receive the order its not even up to standard,coffee is always cold and when you ask for it to be heated its as if you are being a burden,I ordered a cheese and egg meal which comes with a tall coffee and I was given a short coffee instead. I have had many bad experiences with this branch and when you ask for the manager even she gives you an attitude.they are more concerned with the drive thru then the walk in customer.
