Mcdonalds at Herm**** from hell.

Worst Service I have experienced! After waiting to be assisted for more than 10 minutes, the manager had to reset the machine for me to be able to place my order. With not even a question if inwould be able to use the machine I was left to figure it out. Funally my order was placed and I had to eait more than 25 minutes before my food was even nearing beingg finished. Was this a restaurant I would understand but this is Mcdonalds, you buy food there because you are in a hurry. While waiting in the most tense environment ever a lady wanted to order a mere coffee, after being ignored for more than 10 minutes I had to raise my voice inorder to get someones attention standing only 5 feet away. Staring at me with blank eyes I again had to raise my voice just to get another customer helped. Inwould not have been so bothered of it was not for their terrible attitude and utter disregard for the clients presence in their establishment. **********
