McDonald's at Birchacres

? I took my family ? of 6 for an evening meal.upon ordering, hoping we would go sit upstairs and enjoy our meal,as it was still business hours. we noticed the staircase was closed with 2 long steel bars with a "WET" sign place on them.we then questioned the lady(Thulare R) who was taking our order.only to discover she's the supervisor.who at the same time was in the kitchen,without a pop cap,making and calling out orders.when questioned about why the staircase being closed(because it already packed downstairs),she had an attitude,ignorance,unprofessionalism with lack of customer centricity response.she answered "it depends on the people who are cleaning".she then said(using vernac)"go find space or sit there".then brushing us off in a flash,she said,"next customer please".then minutes later she turned to the customers still awaiting their orders,(in vernac)rudely asked them"what are you waiting for?"...she never showed any remours whatsoever for her actions. Without wanting to create a scene,we just kept quiet and tried creating space enough for the family. I was so annoyed in the presence of my parents on the first supper in the new year, as a family.soooooo disappointed ? A good night ruined.? ? ?
