McDonald's as a company are ****s

They advertised on my app that I can get an Item.

They then scanned and took the points for the Item however refused to give it to me stating I have to waste 25 minutes of my time in order for the points to be deducted and then attempt again to get the item.

Clearly those items are being advertised to their loyalty customers as a **** in order to milk money from the population but when it comes time to honour their end of the agreement they are not willing to do their part.
