McDonalds are *********** and unreachable

Order food via Uber eats and received half the order. The driver insisted that we contact McDonalds and try rectify the issue. Even more disappointing was the fact that the McDonalds (Woodlands Mall, Pretoria East) was not answering their landline number. This makes it impossible for customers to reach them incase of bad service !!

Extremely disappointed.
