McDonald’s Arcadia Hamilton

We bought food on the Self service machine on Saturday 23:47:44 and left. When we came back to collect the order after approximately 20minutes, we were told that the order had been given to another customer who presented the same slip as ours. Magdalene(if that’s really her name because her badge was hidden) refused to give us our order(3369) as she said a customer collected it already. We presented our slip which wasn’t torn as she said the one she gave the customer was torn by her after giving the order. We even tried suggesting that we show her the time of the purchase from our phone as the phone alerts when money goes out the account. She proceeded to tell us to come back on Monday to come speak to the manager and never bothered preparing the order for us.
