MCDONALDS APP!

I tried placing an order on the app for collection. Payment went through and money came out my account but the McDonald’s app crashed as soon as the payment was made and the money did not get reversed into my account. No order was processed yet the money was taken out. Make it make sense. Please make the necessary steps to rectify this.
