MCDONALDS APP **** & ****!

The McDonalds App is a ****! I had over 13000 points & lost 8000 points when I tried ordering at the self-help kiosk. Called the Manager & showed her that the points had been deducted but no food for the redemption showed on screen! This happened at the McDonalds Capricorn Square store. All she said was they are having technical problems with their App but did not offer the food nor have i got my points back!
