McDonald's app

I tried the new McDonald's app for the first time as my girlfriend recommended it. My girlfriend was shocked at Plattekloof McDonald's customer care, they have no clue how the app works. My girlfriends voucher aswell as mine ran out before we could use it. The lady at the till spoke to her friends and then said "next", and the next customer came and we were completely ignored. A person told me 'if you're using the app, good luck with it' as soon as I walked in with it on my phone. It is the absolute most disgusting customer care I have ever come across.
