Mcdonalds angry customer

I walked into mcdonalds Dobsonville to order from my app as I walked in a lady asked to help me use the walk in machine unfortunately I told her that I don't like using it when I retrieve but she insisted as the machine stuck/froze and the manager by the name of Thabo advised the lady to restart the machine en we wud get the order back after waiting for 20mins I was told that there's nothing they can do...I was very upset and angry for the inconvenience....
