McDonald's 'almost' Cheeseburger
I wouldn't be making the effort to write this IF my irritating experience with a simple McDonald's burger had not repeated itself in a fairly short space of time.. One of the basic principles of successful take away food chains world wide is that a customer should experience the SAME quality/taste at any one of their outlets at any time. Forgive me if I am being pedantic & correct me if I am wrong, but I find it very irritating when in the space of a few of weeks I order & receive cheeseburgers which, by definition, are not proper McDonald's Cheeseburgers.
The first time I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, all of which came with no chopped onions nor mustard. I did send a comment through to McDonald's SA via their website & in all fairness, I did receive a call from the store manager a few days later who gave me the opportunity to voice my dissatisfaction & he did offer an apology.
A few days ago we decided to give our local McD's another try and low & behold, 3 out of 3 Cheeseburgers had no mustard, pickles nor onions (I did not bother to drive back, call or e-mail this time).
Come on MacDonald's staff, your brand was built on this simple item. I will not be giving you another chance, but for the sake of your brand, learn how to make a McDonald's Cheeseburger.
