McDonalds Allandale lack of customer service

On Friday (05-07-2024) evening just after 22:30, I went through the McDonalds, Allandale road drive through to get some Take-aways. I ordered meals that included 5 drinks. 2/5 of the drinks were literally half, one was worse. I kindly asked the lady to fill the 2. She just gave me attitude and asked the other lady to attend to me. She said the machines are set up that way and the only thing she can do was put ice in my drinks to make them full. Then she argued that she will not do any thing to the 2 cups. When insisted, then she was also insisting on putting ice. I said, i will not take any of the drinks with ice else I will not leave. We argued for more than 10 minutes until the other patrons came to complain that we must go argue at the parking lot. This is not customer service at all. The principle of half the glass is not right esp if the other are 80% full. The argument raised by the 2 workers does not hold at all. I felt disrespected by your 2 workers. Please correct this behaviour. I can surely point to the 2 ladies as i didn't get their names.
