Mcdonalds Alex Mall long waiting time

Yesterday I went to buy my lunch at Alex Mall McDonald's, and had to wait for over 30 minutes in a fast food store, which in my honest opinion is ridiculous, it's a fast food outlet, and for me to get my order at a snail's pace, was just disappointing, there was commotion which was unexplained, and the McDonald's workers just seemed to be overwhelmed by the lunch time crowd, and ran around like headless chickens, the lady that assisted at the kiosk was fantastic, and had great customer service, and was patient to explain that other items on the menu were out of stock, which in itself is unacceptable, but that's not why I'm here, I take exception to my time been wasted, that was just a waste of my time
