McDonald's a JOKE

On the 07.06.2019 I placed an order using the Mcds App. When they delivered the food it was incorrect, I then contacted the call centre and informed them of the wrong order, the consultant informed me that they will deliver the correct order shortly. I waited for almost 4 hours with no delivery I then contacted the call centre again, I spoke to a consultant, she informed me that she will follow up with the restaurant, she put me on hold then cut the call. I then contacted the complaints department on Monday the 10.06.2019. I was told that the manager will contact me. The managet then contacted me while I was stepping into a meeting, I told the manager to call me back in 30 mins. Its now Friday the 14.06.2019 and I am still waiting for the call from the manager. This is ridiculous and pathetic service.
