McDonald's

On the 28th of April 2021. I visited the McDonald's at Silvermall Crossing.While waiting at the drive thru to pick up my order, right next to my driver's window came a guy who stood right there I then addressed the guy telling him you cannot stand right next to my window it is unsafe. While addressing this the uber eats guy told me to F.... myself. When I addressed this matter with the restaurants manager I was told uber eats drivers can WALK THRU the DRIVE THRU and pick up they orders.... when I explained to the lady how unsafe I felt she responded saying at this hour we close our doors and allow for the driver's to walk thru and that was just how it is with an attitude this lady manager said this a BIG attitude. This led to the same manager saying to the very same uber driver come around the back of their car and take you order after I had specifically said how unsafe I felt. This matter couldn't be resolved at the time due to the ******** manager. I unfortunately visit this specific McDonald's very frequently and there seems to always be a problem food orders get taken wrong and when you ask that they fix the order you get attitude from staff members. Staff members lack the common decency of treating customers fairly.
