McDonald's 🤮

One Saturday evening, the 13/12/2025 around 1am- I was once again completely annoyed after wasting money at McDonald's. I was on my way to KZN with 8 of my family/friends when we joined the drive-thru queue at McDonald's Southgate JHB to get some food before we hit the long road to KZN. If I had it my way, I would have rather bought food at a garage store instead due to my last experience at McDonald's Beyers Naude Drive. My sister however decided we would go to Mcdonalds because she desperately needed the toilet and she is currently 8 months pregnant. In her opinion_ the bathrooms are more hygienic at McDonald's than at a garage. After waiting in the drive-thru for about 45min we finally reached the first window when I humbly asked the lady named Thandeka if my sister could please use the toilet as she is pregnant. Thandeka bluntly said no she cannot and even took off her headsets and walked away from the window. When we got to the second window_ I actually begged and pleaded with the guy who handed me our order as my sister desperately needed a toilet at that point. He also rejected my request. WHAT THE HELL!? We were TWO VEHICLES full of PAYING CUSTOMERS at your franchise and yet a pregnant woman is still denied the toilet!? Then to put the cherry on the cake_ as soon as we pulled off from the window I realized that our fries were DISGUSTINGLY stale and ice cold! And we were given 1 coke short of our order, and Dry Burgers! Obviously I could not reverse to address this because we were rushing to find a toilet urgently for my pregnant sister to use. + - R700 wasted at McDonald's on LARGE MEALS of trash & inhumane customer service! Two days later and I am still so angry and disappointed hence this review! McDonald's needs to take more pride in the trash they serving us when we PAY for food; which is actually not cheap by the way_ simply because we expect them to give us the quality that their brand promises us when marketing the products on the menu. McDonald's is an INTERNATIONAL BRAND and is well known across the globe for Many years!
