Mcdonald's

Went to the Bluff Durban branch on the 29.05.2021 ordered 2 x Big Mac meals Got home only to find rubbery burger, half cooked chips, not the usual yummy crispy Mcd chips, no salt or seasoning Complained via customer care not one call as yet from them .... I stopped going there for a while before Covid as they never had ice cream quite a few times and it took them a very long time to fix the ladies toilet seat...it must have changed management as before there were never service issues or food issues....
