McDonalds

I placed my order 11:35 and received the food only at 14:15..Disgusting!! On my order tracking I was shown that my order was delivered. When I called I got 2 separate managers who gave me different stories and a lot of unfounded excuses and that it was still there because they tried to phone me because the Ice cream machine broke down and then I was told that it was already delivered. The first manager answered the phone with just a HELLO. Very Professional McDonalds. I called the head office and I was told to contact the customer care line - the problem is I cannot dial those numbers from my office line. VERY UNHELPFUL. I was so angry when I emailed complaints to their head office and the branch that I gave the wrong orders times 10:03 instead of 11:35.

McDonalds your delivery Took 3 Hours to get to me and you are a 5 minute drive down the road...If I could i would of collected it myself.
