McDonalds - 24 hours Drive Thru???

McDonalds 24 Hour Drive Thru - Mount Edgecombe - not impressed with the lack of service received. Went to the drive thru at 5am sunday morning. Traffic cone put in the entrance to the ordering lane. Went to the serving window where on asking the question are you open (24 hours drive thru, should not have needed to ask the question) was told hesitantly no, then yes, then no. Then was told the system was offline????? Reversed back to the ordering lane and at the intercom the lady asked for my order???? Gave my order then long silent pauses, saying have to wait 15 mins, to the system is offline to even longer pauses, repeating of order, repeating of answers, to the final answer of no when I asked if they could serve me. Drove across the road to KFC, staff serving, polite and helpful, got my food within a few minutes.
