McDonald's

I ordered food from McDonald's jewel city about more than 2 hours ago and still haven't got it and it was a card transaction which they deducted the amount. I tried calling but no answer then i called the headquarters and they showed no care about the whole situation of which i was transferred to someone else who kept me on hold for almost 20 minutes of which they knew i will end up hanging up the call due to airtime. I want my money now from these ****ers with their call center agents who just get paid to do nothing. I'm not going to wait days to get back my money as if it took days for them to take it from my account i want it NOW Before I end up going to McDonald's jewel city and end up doing something stupid. I don't understand why they say they can deliver but can't yet still proceed in taking peoples money with no accountability of providing the goods they promised to a customer.
