Hi,

Upon arrive at the 24Hour Restaurant we where not allowed to purchase food inside and we had to go through a drive-through. Whilst all we patiently waited in our cars for our turn, pedestrians started "walking through", ordering meals before us. When we addressed the issue, the lady who was taking orders kept insisting that they had requested them to join the line and where not taking any of their orders.

After an hours wait, the same gang that walked through where called and they received their food. I went back to the window and informed the lady that this is what I was addressing and she had assured me that their orders where not taken.

In that time of now impatiently waiting for food we ordered, another "walk-ins" came and wanted to order before us and that is when the Popo Hit the Fan and we realised that this seems to be a usual thing around the area and even these walk-in's didn't seem to care, neither the staff at the restaurant.

As a Pretorian, I had never seen anything of this sort and any of the McDonalds across Gauteng. We were highly disrespected and our concerns disregarded, not even an apology at the time when we eventually got our food, that took FOREVER!!

The service was disgusting and I hope that this will be address accordingly with this specific restaurant. It was really disappointing and shameful.

On top of all that, the restaurant didn't even have half of the items we initially wanted to order. No FolderOvers, No Jalapeno deep, I could go on...
