MCDONALD THAVHANI MALL (VENDA) I was so disappointed with the service i got on the 19th/03/2022 around past 5 to 6. we already had an order while eating my girl ask for chicken burger. i went on till to add 1 burger for her. i waited for almost 15min, until i went to ask, a guy who was on a till gave me an attitude just for asking when will i have my order, he ended up telling me to sit when my order is ready he will call me. i waited another 15min. so i ask a woman who was cleaning tables how long does it take u guys to do chicken burger. then she check my slip and went to find out what is going on, only to find the guy kept my order on the table and not call my order number. when his staff ask him why he did that, he said he called me, mean while my table is next to him and i have been looking at their counter. so the was no way i couldn't hear him.

immediately hearing him telling lie abut calling me. i went and ask him in front of his workers why you lie of things you didn't do, because you didn't call me.

there is no need of giving customers attitude when they want to know why their order are not yet out, while people who came after them had already receive their orders.
