McDonald's unhelpful management

<p>I went to McDonald's ottery to have a peaceful breakfast with my mother as I went straight to the counter to order and pay I left the counter without realising my vans keys is missing went to eat and when I wanted to leave I realise I don't have my keys I then went to the counter and asked the manager to check there footage what happened with my keys and she told me she can't check the footage she is following procedures and refused to check eventually I got the police involve to check the footage and they told me a guy took the keys and put it in his pocket and at time I asked them to check footage the guy was still in your restaurant having breakfast and he was still watching as I argued with McDonald's staff to view their camera I eventually paid r2500 later for new keys as this could've been prevented cause at time I asked to view the cameras the guy was still present and to top it off a McDonald's consultant was sitting next to me with his laptop and never offered any help at all. I would never go there and would also advise everyone to be careful at McDonald's ottery as they are no help or refused to help in situations like this they are useless with there consultant as well.</p>
