McDonald's, more like McRipOff!

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and extra big mac sauce (R53.40 in total) and I was given a BigMac meal instead. <br> <br> I live in Rondebosch and by the time I realised I couldn't go back. All customer care and observatory phone calls went unanswered. <br> <br> I am REALLY disappointed and McDonald's has lost my patronage.
