McDonald's Lansdowne slow unfriendly service

<p>Arrived at McDonalds Lansdowne and was fourth in the queue 10 minutes later i was still number 4 in the queue at which time the manager arrived to open another till with the unfriendliest cashier. After about 4 minutes everybody in front of me was helped I ended up at the new unfriendly cashier and placed my order and started waiting for my food to be completed, 15 minutes after ordering and everybody that ordered after me received their food, my food finally appeared. I opened my bag to find out that the extra sause that I asked for on the side was not in the bag, I questioned the unfriendly cashier where the sause is and after a moment of blank staring she said in a very disgrunteled way "It's on the burger".</p> <p> </p> <p>From entering the franchise to recieving my food took about 30 minutes, How do you call that fast food?</p>
