McDonald's Hanover Park
<p>Never been so mistreated in my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>While deciding my order and discussing with my friends, the actual lady taking our order actually clapped at us to hurry up and decode faster.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we didn't react as fast as she liked, she swore at us in her native language - not knowing that we had a passengers that spoke that language in the actual car.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager never gave a ****, and the actual cashier was rude and disrespectful. Coming from a customer service background, I've never known to have had such horrible disrespectful service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks to say AMANDA at the Hanover Park Branch has lost Mickey D's a very faithful customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be spreading the story and urging all from nds to please stay away.</p>
