McDonald's Florida terrible service

<p>It's the second time I've gone to the McDonald's in Florida on the corner of Beacon Road and Ontdekkers where I have received pathetic, horrible service with they day and night staff where I placed an order. I don't know if it's the fact that I am a young black male that the ladies on duty feel that because we are the same race may they disrespect me and have an attitude towards me when I've placed an order an would like to correct the order. The first incident happened when I wanted to order a meal and pay with a card, one of their tills did not have card facilities as it was temporarily down an she got angry and gave me attitude that she had to perform a void process and capture the order on a till that had a card facility. The second incident happened tonight when I came through the drive through and placed an order for a big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal, I accidentally said a double quarter pounder meal an corrected myself and when I did the lady threw a fit. With my knowledge in the takeaway industry I'm fully aware that the person that is taking your order should run it past you to make sure that it's correct before submitting but no she chose to throw a fit and perform an so I told her it's fine I'll take the meal. My question is why hire people that have absolutely no social s****s to work in such an environment. I understand that we are all humans and that we all make mistakes but to act in such a way is very unprofessional and childish. I would like for management to address this issue and either get proper staff that know how to deal with customers or give them the necessary training to equip them with those s****s. This is highly unacceptable. </p>
