McDonald's craighall useless service

As semi regular costomers at this McDonald's and always praising their service I was not happy with this we ordered 2 large meals and after seeing on the screen that one was made a medium I asked our server we ordered 2 large meals not one medium and one large she just smilled and nodded like I was complementing her as the drinks came out again wrong one medium one large again I told the lady please we ordered 2 large meals then changed the medium drink for a large at my cost as the food arrived that was wrong as well and once again they changed it at my cost and all this manager can say is sorry but after asking this server are you sure that both meals are large more than 4 times I am sad to say but your service sucks I am very disappointed that management didn't do anything about it
