McDonald's Complaint : Bellville Cnr Conradie and Strand Streets Region

<p>This is a complaint regarding the food served to me and my colleague the morning of Sunday 7th January 2017 from McDonalds Bellville Cnr Conradie and Strand Streets.</p> <p> </p> <p>· Myself and my colleague purchased 3 Sausage Mc ****ins and 5 Cheese Burgers.</p> <p> </p> <p>· After I started eating my 3rd cheese burger I noticed the bun had black mould on it. My colleague found the same after he started eating 1 of his cheese burgers.</p> <p> </p> <p>· I am furious to say the least after your franchise served me poisonous food.</p> <p> </p> <p>· I called the branch on Sunday morning to inform them of this only to receive an apology and offer to replace the meal.</p> <p> </p> <p>· I won’t be eating at this McDonalds in future and feel I do not want to support McDonalds going forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>· Since Sunday my stomach has not felt 100%.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know what McDonalds South Africa will do about this.</p>
