McDonald's Breach of Service

<p>So here's the deal. McDonald's claim to be a 24/7 service, but don't let that fool you. Its a complete lie. Well, at least for 2 of the McDonalds franchises in Cape Town (Bellville & Tyger Manor). I am not sure at what time of the night they start to do this, but I've caught them on many occasions where I would go to the McDonald's and find that the drive through is blocked by one of their delivery S******s or Cones. Clever no? When attempting to enter the restaurant, you are met with a locked door. What happened to the 24/7 service? </p> <p>On one occasion I managed to pull the attention of one of the staff members who was inside behind the locked door. To my surprise, he did open the door and promptly stated that they are closed. Upon confronting him with the 24/7 policy, he instisted that they are closed and stated that they are busy with a shift change and will only be available in 30 minutes. Why can't the business change shifts as any normal company where the staff members relieve the others as they leave. Why is there a time gap in between? Is there something I am missing? Thinking of going to the papers with this.</p>
