McDonald's (Auckland Park, Johanneburg)- nothing short of ***********

<p>Ordered online a meal from Mcdonalds in Auckland Park(johannesburg, south africa ) with a reciept being issued onlne at 14:56. The order has not been delivered by 16:00 so i called to find out what was wrong. Someone by the name of refilwe (*********** being) promised for my order to be delivered to me within 5 minutes as i am only a few streets away from the Mc Donalds franchise. I waited until 17:00 and called once more whereby they apologised and offered to send a free ice cream to make me feel better.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>1. they are unsure of who is their manager</p> <p>2. they have a delivery system with times but dont stick to their times.</p> <p>3. they offer an ice cream for not delivering a little meal in more than 2 hours (who does that)</p> <p> </p> <p>The say ' im sorry" but are unable to explain themselves.</p> <p> </p> <p>my point is why have a delivery system with expected delivery time is you not sticking to it. It is brand damage for the franchise -especially the melville one.</p> <p> </p> <p>i expect a response from management as they clearly didnt know who was the manager of the store when i called them.</p>
