McDonald's Arcadia claiming to be offline between the hours of 03:00am - 06:00am

<p>This morning at 05:25am on the date of 07/03/2017 i went to mcdonalds arcadia in hamilton street in Pretoria, South Africa to buy breakfast but the staff was sitting outside and told me "they will be offline until maybe 06:00am" this is not the first time they claim they are offline and that they can not help any customers, this has happend since last week, i went to the same mcdonalds last week wednesday more at around 03:30am and again they said they are offline and i went to KFC instead, although mcdonalds are advertising that they are open 24hours, which apperently they are not. According to the cpa act, this is false advertising. I would like some feedback and for the company to correct their hours. </p>
