Mcdonald mcdelivery is useless

Today I ordered a milkshake and burger via the online system. My order went through successfully. At the point of delivery the debit card machine did not work and the driver went back to sort it out. He came again and the debit card machine still did not work. Then he called the branch and there was no answer. He told me he is going back to speak to the manger and he will get back to me. He still did not contact me.<br> <br> On a separate occasion I ordered a meal with a large cool drink which I thought would be a milkshake, it came as a drink , not a milkshake , the deliver guy said he would exchange it. He went to exchange it and never came back, up until today i am waiting on the cool drink that I paid for. I called the mcdelivery service concerning this and they said they would call me back but did not.<br> <br> mcdonalds has terrible service and just don't care
