McDonald mayville

Hi I'm so disappointed by the service I got from Mcdonalds mayville last night. I placed an order for delivery at 20:10 and I was told that the delivery will be delivered in 30 to 45 min of which I did not mind.

At 20:57 I receive a call from the branch and i was told that it is raining and I should give them 30 more min for the rain to stop.

I told the gentleman that when I placed an order it was raining anyways so why was I not told at the earliest time so that I can make a plan at the earliest.

It was a huge inconvenience for my 5 year old daughter and my husband.

Amongst other problems I have had with Mcdonalds mayville this takes the cherry on top.
