mcdonald lyndhurst - South Africa. worse service

Mcdonald south Africa( lyndhurst) worse service i have ever received. went there and ordered 2 big mac meals and i was told that they dont have water for the drinks, not sure how water is related to a sprite, not sure if they make the drink them selves. anyway, i told them if you do not have drinks its fine just give me a burger and chips, they were happy to do that but insisted i pay for a meal( meaning i pay for a drink that i never received) i asked to speak to the manager and she came through, and also confirmed that they received the order from management to charge for a drink they do not have. what a pathetic service
