McDonald KG mall poor service and waiting time

Very disappointing service especially in the morning when rushing to work I had to wait for 10 mins I ordered mega Mac ****in via drive thru I was told to go park next to their door the other side of parking I waited for 10mins then I had to ask security guy to plz go check what keeping my order so long , if I ordered my food via drive thru I should wait then get my food then leave McDonald KG Mall witbank must really improve their service
