McDonald insect infested.

I went to get breakfast at McDonald's in CBD Pritchard street, I ordered waited for my order since they don't have table number seat option. I took my order went to my seat started eating my fries and foldover, I opened my coffee poured 3 sugars while stiring my coffee there it was dead in my filter coffee the ant/insent/cocroach or wat infestation it was in my coffee and left a bitter taste which made my appetite subside. I showed one of the ladies there she called the lady that poured the coffee, thr lady then said "ohh well I will make another one for u"?? I was like what is that all, she then said my apologies, then continued as usual. I returned to my seat my appetite was gone I felt like vomiting all the food I ate, they gave me another coffee but after that I couldn't keep anything down, the thought of that insect in my coffee or even in my food who knows.
