McDonald I'm hating it

Got to the till and no assistant. Assistant comes after 4min, jumps me and assists the guy behind, I think I'm transparent ?. She finally helps me, I can't report her name, she has two tags, I'm sure non are hers. I order a big Mac, she wants to close the till before I choose my drink. Everything is in order, I wait for my meal, my food is number 382, the screen says 3269?, did it pass me or it's counting in reverse?. Not even 5 Min. My food is ready, one problem, it's 3270 now and the food is getting cold, I'm not even sure they are mine, I was not called for. 15min later I go check the food, no help, I checked the food and it was mine, okay, let me eat. I get to the bench near the glass window and flies.?. Those people ruined my McDonald spirit. Nice to know that careless people are hired at McDonald's.
