McDonald Hamilton street Pretoria

This was a very bad customer service from McDonald in Hamilton street Pretoria 0001 . We got bad customer service with the workers including the manager. I was looking for assistance regarding the bathrooms service but they refused to help me instead they insisted that I pee Behind the fence around the premises as a lady, I felt disrespected it was around 11pm. They also made things worse by making us wait 10min for our food delivery as we were doing a drive through. They refused to help me and even gave us attitude. We made a refundable which needs to be refunded as soon as possible.

This kind of service is unacceptable ,please Assist with the bad service.
