McDonald Hamilton bad service

Got a bad service at Hamilton McDonald, I orded 2 big mag and 2 mcflurry via phone. After my order was received and approved I got a call from them saying that their drivers are currently busy since they have lot of orders, and she said my order would be ready after 15minutes and she will call me that my order is ready to be delivered. 21:54 I called them, they told me that I cancelled my order I told the drive to cancel it and the person who said they should cancel its a lady. They said my phone was answered by a lady and she told them that they should cancel my orders and that's a lie.

While I wAs talking to them they gave the drive the phone to talk to me, the driver was literally speaking lies he said he called on 073... While my numbers are 074, he said my phone was answered by a lady.
