McDonald Gugulethu shambles and ******

McDonald's in Gugulethu with their manager Lwazi Langa are forcing pensioners to use TSWOP machines in store because they want us illiterate people of Gugulethu to learn how to use the machine. This is a disgrace and embarrassing to say the least leaning to ******. Why would we not be allowed to pay at the till and at our convenience use the machines not be forced to do so.

I want compensation for the time it took for me to place my order as I had to argue with your associate Nobesuthu as she was following management orders. Why is it only at the McDonald's in Gugulethu that people are forced to use TSWOP machines, I visit Adderley on a daily and never been forced but rather advised to used the machine if I don't want to stand in line. It's a disregard for townships people and township management that is guilty of this that we people that live in the township don't have a voice so therefore because I'm manager at McDonald's I can do what I want. Well note to management self: they don't own the business and let's see what the people that really care about customer experience do about it. That rate ur visit nonsense of a site and on the app take it down there is nothing more embarrassing for a huge organization than to have a feedback tool that don't work.
