McDonald Donald Brits Mall disgusting!!!

McDonald in mall is the worsed at service and the management is rude and their food they r off... i when there in the morning i work at the mall and i use taxi so when i got there the doors r locked. I knocked at the door s there is no notice by the door of what time do they open. Someone came to the door and says they open at 8am and only drive thru is open so i can walk thru the drive thru. !!! I asked to see the manager to talk to him or her and they say he says hes busy. And they tell me this after i waited for more than 5mins outside the door under the hot morning sum.! Last week i bought a meal for my kid nd it was off and had after taste, my daughter didnt even get to half of it. This Mc Donald needs new management nd they must to make serious changes
