Mcdonald Dobsonville customer service sucks.

I went to McDonald's yesterday in Dobsonville and the service was pathetic. To my understanding the self service they installed is to make service quicker and avoid ques but not in Dobsonville branch.2 of those units were not working and we had to stand on que for others to finish with their orders.I went to the counter and ask for service and was told I must order from the unit,I told the lady we have been waiting for a long time and only 2 of those unit are working.She wanted to argue with me saying I just got in.I told her yes I just got in and found other people waiting bro use the unit.McDonalds staff are getting lazy since those units are installed and not everyone can use those units.sometimes the is a person helping out on the units sometimes there is no one and that makes the service very bad as we have to stand a very long time in que.The is no service at McDonald's Dobsonville.there is no cashier's as they expect everyone to be using the unit.They get angry when you call them for service at the counter.they always roaming around at the back.This needs to be fixed.i was totally unhappy,I will not go there again I'd rather drive to westgate mall as you are given choice to order on the unit or by the counter.
