I’m writing to express my ongoing frustration with the service I’ve been receiving at your location. I’m a regular customer and have been ordering from your drive-thru almost every Friday. However, I’ve consistently received incorrect orders, and my recent experience was especially disappointing. Most recently, I ordered a quarter pounder, but I was given a veggie burger instead. When I returned to get the correct order, I noticed that rather than making a fresh burger, the staff simply added pickles and removed the lettuce from the original incorrect burger — one that had already passed through several hands . They also just rewarmed the fries instead of replacing them with a fresh batch. It’s clear from where I was standing that the burger was not freshly remade, which is both concerning and unsanitary. I expect better, especially as a loyal customer. I’d appreciate it if this issue could be properly addressed, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure orders are accurate and handled properly going forward.
