McDonald COSMO CITY POOR Customer Service!

I made an order last night around 20h40 from McDonald's Cosmo City. The first driver said he had arrived and I immediately sent our access code. He suddenly cancelled and I was transferred to another driver called Mengezi. I waited another 20minutes and he responded saying he is new and does not know the area. I sent him the name of our estate again. He disappeared and took a picture with our food in the middle of the street. I tried to contact Uber Support which is useless because there is no number to contact but I left my issue nonetheless. We ended up driving out to McDonalds Cosmo City to complain and they told us they know the driver and there is nothing they can do to help us. The staff at this franchise had no interest in assisting us or even calling the Manager. Their service was very poor, I will no longer be supporting this McDonald's at COSMO CITY!
