McDonald Cavendish Mall Disgusting Service and Rude Manger

McDonald's Cavendish Mall, the worst service ever. I bought a Nazo Double Cheeseburger Meal, I paid for the meal using my bank. Payment went through and was approved on the speed point and I received an SMS for confirmation from my bank. I did not get my food because it was load shedding and they claimed that they did not receive payment because the slip did not come out. I showed the cashier and the Manager my proof of payment, they were so rude.
