McDonald Berea

I place my order via the McDonald app at 14h10. I've been waiting for my order for an hour now then I fone McDonald Berea to check my order only to find they wil tel me stories that they ddnt see my order. How can you not see my order and the background the staff busy singing making funny comments. I told them I'm no longer need that order I can't wait for the order for an hour that is total wrong. McDonald must teach the staff respect special women
