Friday night 9h00 went to McDonald Pretoria Mayville, and the service we got there was shocking. 1. firstly before i could be served i had to wait for the cashier to finish talking with the other employee 2. Placed our order requested no ice with our soda's, when the order came we had ice in our sodas and we asked the cashier giving us our order we requested no ice. she went to the side and scooped out the ice. When we asked she was rude and said she gave us a new drink but you could see clearly its not. 3. we got home opened the food my gosh the lettuce changed colour its brown to show its an old lettuce. The service in the outlet is so terrible one customer had to drive back because when he got home he realised his order was not complete . The hygiene also not up to standard how to you take out trash while others are handing out orders to customers. i don't know if its everyday or i just happen to go and experience what i did on that day.
