McDelivery WORST SERVICE!!!!!

Put in an order as a guest on the Mcdelivery app. I THOROUGHLY CHECKED that all the delivery and order details were 110% correct before making payment through the app. Made a payment of R258…. 5 days later, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY DELIVERY. Even got an email confirmation of the order, and that was the end of that. Tried calling, no answer from any number. HOW DO I GET MY R258 BACK FROM THEM!?!?!?!
